A great Yorkshire pudding can make all the difference to a roast dinner. Make perfect yorkshire puddings every time with this recipe.
Add flour to a bowl and mix in eggs, one at a time. Gradually whisk milk in until smooth and lump-free. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 220ºC (425ºF).
Place 1 teaspoon oil into each recess of the yorkshire pudding or muffin tray and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out of oven, add batter to each well, and bake 30 minutes or until brown.
