An easy 2-ingredient wonder that takes ice cream and cakes to the next level!

Pour the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the chocolate chips. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Then stir briskly to melt the chocolate chips into the sweetened condensed milk. If there are still lumps, microwave for 1 more minute, and stir briskly again.
Serve the hot fudge warm over ice cream, pound cake, fresh berries, fingers …
Note: This method can also be done on the stovetop.

I just made this and had it on ice cream…it was very good and so easy. It did harden up fast but I enjoyed it regardless. Any suggestions what to add to soften it up some?

Would love to make this for a gift! After making it, should it be refrigerated right away? Any idea how long it will last? Thanks for sharing the recipe, can’t wait to try it!
