An easy and healthy variation on a classic muffin. Perfect to serve for breakfast or dessert, you’ll feel good serving this nutrient-dense gluten-free, dair- free, and refined-sugars-free tasty muffin.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line muffin tins.
Combine dry ingredients. Using a mixer, mix in wet ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
