This little dip was one my mom discovered while we were living in … you guessed it … Beaumont, Texas. As the recipe card says, “always a hit!”
Combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

My family that lives in Texas makes this exact dip, with the exception that they add a little garlic salt. Also, for some reason, we call it Alligator Eyes! I always pick this over salsa – cause it’s just so delicious!
