Perfect autumn dessert for two!
Spray a grill or griddle pan (or skillet) and bring to medium high heat.
Peel and core apples and slice thick (1/2 inch). Set aside on a clean work surface. In a small bowl, add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, stir to mix together. Brush on both sides of each apple slice and place on pan. Cook 1–2 minutes per side.
In another bowl, add whipped topping and fold in pecan pieces.
To serve, place grilled apple slices on plates or bowls and add several dollops of pecan cream topping on top. Delicious and a favorite. Enjoy!
