No churn and no machine required!
Whip heavy cream until peaks form. Don’t go too far or else you’ll end up with butter! Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, and beat until fully combined.
Pour mixture into a large container and cover tightly with it’s lid. Freeze for 2 hours. Take mixture out of freezer, and if it is still soft and runny as when you started, stir well and place back into the freezer until frozen (overnight is best). Stirring it prevents ice crystals from forming, so you will end up with smooth and creamy ice cream!
