3-ingredient, 26-calorie frozen smoothie pops! Fresh, fun, fabulously delicious!
For the peach smoothie, using a hand blender or tabletop blender, blend peach and 1/2 cup yogurt until smooth. Add sweetener if using, and blend well. Pour into a glass or cup and set aside
For the blueberry smoothie, using a hand blender or tabletop blender, blend blueberries and remaining 1/2 cup of yogurt until smooth. Add sweetener if using, and blend well.
To assemble the smoothie pops, spoon smoothie mix into popsicle molds in varying layers. (You can find popsicle molds in any grocery store; I got mine from Ikea.) Place popsicle stick into the center. Place in freezer for 3 hours or until frozen.
The easiest way to remove from molds is by running briefly under hot water. Enjoy!
Note: The yogurt I use is very thin. If yours is thick or you are using Greek yogurt, you may need to add a tablespoon or two of milk.
