This is so easy and good. I always have these ingredients!
Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl. Add a can or bottle of beer to the mix and stir it all together. It will be lumpy and sticky. Spoon it into a greased loaf pan and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I usually brush some butter on the top halfway through the cooking time.
You could easily add other flavors to this as well. My family loves it!

Oh my gosh, I didn’t see these posts until now. SO sorry!!!
It should be 3 cups self-rising flour. I’m going to go see if I can change it.

Is the posted recipe correct? I am attempting to make this bread using the posted recipe, but with only 1 cup of flour, the consistency is very runny.

Shouldn’t there be more than 1 cup of self-rising flour?
