This recipe is proof that a different lemon can make a huge difference to a final cocktail. Got pink lemons? Give this a try!
Add sugar and lemon juice into a mixing tin, put the lid on and dry shake to dissolve sugar. Add Genever and ice, put the lid on and shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a pink lemon wheel (optional).
