Simple and delicious.
Grease an iron skillet or 8″ baking dish. Place frozen rolls in pan. Give them space to rise and expand. Cover and let rolls rise in warm place. (I turned my oven underneath my stovetop to 250ºF, then placed covered rolls on top, on the stove. It took about 2-2 1/2 hours for them to rise.)
Once rolls have risen, preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt honey and butter in a saucepan. Pour or brush over rolls. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until brown.
