This delicious take on a Bees Knees is made with pilsner and honey syrup. Bring on those winter “Blues”!
Note for those with sensitivities, this cocktail contains raw egg whites.
For the honey syrup:
Combine 1 part honey and 1 part water in a microwave safe glass. Warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds and stir well.
For the cocktail:
Combine all ingredients (including honey syrup but excluding the ice and beer) in a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice (dry shake) to incorporate egg whites. Add ice and shake to chill and dilute. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with Oskar Blues “Yella” Pilsner.
