This Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse tastes like a creamy chocolate cheesecake, in mousse form!
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer with fitted paddle attachment until stiff peaks form. Add in cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Pour in melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add 3 tablespoons of crushed Oreos onto bottom of small trifle glasses or add all of the crushed Oreos on the bottom of one large trifle bowl. Pour mousse into each trifle glass.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Enjoy!
