Description
This cocktail reinforces the cooked agave flavor of reposado tequila with agave nectar. Add in some lime juice, egg whites and beer and you have a fun, fragrant cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce, fluid Reposado Tequila
- ¾ ounces, fluid Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Agave Nectar
- ¾ ounces, fluid Egg White
- Orange Flavored Beer, Or Any Pilsner
- 1 stick Cinnamon, Grated, For Garnish
Preparation
Combine tequila, lime, agave nectar and egg white and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake to chill and dilute.
Strain into a highball or Collins glass. Top with beer. Grate fresh cinnamon on top.
