It is so easy to make this incredible white chocolate peppermint fudge for the holidays! 5 ingredients is all you need for a decadent, delicious dessert.
1. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium sauce pan, combine white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Heat gently on the stove over low heat while stirring with a heatproof spatula.
2. Let the mixture melt until completely smooth while stirring, about 10–15 minutes. Take it off heat and stir in mint extract thoroughly. Transfer mixture into prepared baking pan, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies liberally on top.
3. Cover pan and refrigerate white chocolate peppermint fudge for at least 2 hours to let it set. It can keep for a few days, so you can make it well in advance if needed. When you are ready to serve, just cut the fudge into small cubes and spread the holiday cheer!
