Two ingredient guilt-free banana ice cream. So easy, you won’t believe it!
Slice and freeze the bananas in a single layer until hard.
Add the frozen bananas and coconut cream to a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy like ice cream (see photo for guide). Scrape the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for 15 minutes if you want to be able to scoop it.
Scoop into serving bowls, and top with chocolate sauce and pistachios (optional).
