A healthy Klondike Bar. Yum!
In a blender, blend bananas, almond butter, vanilla and sea salt. Pour into a silicone baking mold (I used stars, but feel free to use whatever shape you have). Cover with foil and freeze overnight, or until frozen completely.
Once banana mixture has frozen, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds (time depends on your microwave wattage). Dip frozen stars in chocolate, covering it completely; repeat until all stars are covered.
Place stars on a wax paper-lined plate. Drizzle any remaining chocolate on stars and return to the freezer for 1 hour to harden.
