This dessert reminds me a little bit of a moon pie, and I have to say, the longer you let it sit, the better. I am talking like 3 days, so the graham crackers get nice and soft. Just plan to make it well in advance, which is always nice for the chaos of party day.
In a large bowl whip marshmallow creme and Cool Whip together until fluffy and creamy. Add vanilla and blend well.
Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass pan with graham crackers, breaking them in half to puzzle piece it together. Spread 1/3 of the marshmallow whip on top. Repeat this until you have 3 layers of each: graham layer, marshmallow goo, graham, goo, graham, goo. Place in the fridge while you prepare the chocolate.
Over low heat in a small pot, melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream, stirring well to prevent scorching or curdling. Once melted, turn heat off and add salt, stirring every few minutes for 15 minutes.
Spread chocolate layer over your pan of marshmallow goo and graham cracker layers, and return to the fridge for at least one day, if not three days. I am telling you day 3 was by far my favorite, because the graham crackers got softer.
Cut and serve like a brownie. No fork needed unless you are all dainty and lady like. But watch out, even with a fork that gooey marshmallow layer will get ya! Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate squares and marshmallows if you want. Seriously, this stuff is amazing.

I really did a whole teaspoon, its supposed to help the chocolate smooth and amazing or something? Do half if you feel better about it!

This sounds amazing! However, I am a little leary of the tsp. of salt in the frosting. Is it really 1 whole teaspoon?
