Mint mojito fruit salad is a perfect summer salad with all the flavors of a mojito and none of the alcohol.
In a bowl, combine raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine mint leaves, lime juice and sugar. Use a spoon to press the mint, releasing the extract.
Pour the mint mixture over top of the fruit and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
