Pour. Stir. Bake. The easiest (and one of the tastiest) breads you’ll ever make. Great with half whole wheat flour.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to mix. Add beer and stir just until flour is incorporated.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with butter.
