Description

This fluffy, tangy dip turns delicious fresh fruit into an extraordinary experience!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (1 Lemon Should Yield About 2 1/2 Teaspoons)
  • ½ Tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Preparation

Put the cream cheese into a bowl and whip it with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Continue beating, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl to mix in any lumps.

In a separate bowl beat the heavy cream at medium/high speed just until soft peaks begin to form. This should take about 3 minutes. Do not over-beat.

Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.

Serve as a dip for assorted fresh fruit. Or refrigerate until ready to serve.
