Amazingly moist banana zucchini bread. Perfect for a Saturday morning. No oil or butter and very low in sugar. Vegan friendly!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a food processor blend bananas and egg until smooth. Add the zucchini and blend until finely chopped.
In a medium size bowl stir whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, sugar, and flax seed until combined well.
Add the food processor mixture into the flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour the batter into a greased standard size bread pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
