Cool and creamy summer cocktail.
Place the fruit, vodka, ice cream, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup in a blender and puree until smooth. Add a couple of ice cubes and continue pureeing until the ice has been broken up. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Greetings Anita, I am not an (alcohol person-never have been) I liked this recipe so, I just deleted alcohol and added another nectarine, it turned out very good. Thanks much! CLW
