A perfect blend of coffee with lamb to give you tender meat pieces that serve as a great starter.
Marinate the lamb or mutton pieces with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
Heat pan and add some oil (not too much). When oil is hot, cook lamb till the marinade turns to a sauce, about 20 minutes. (I covered it with a lid so that the meat was thoroughly cooked, soft and very tender.)
Serve hot.
