Description
If you like Bloody Mary’s, you’ll love this Beery Bloody Mary even better! It takes the great flavors of a traditional Bloody Mary and kicks it up a bit by topping off with a light beer. Try this for your next brunch or happy hour!
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Tomato Juice
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- ½ whole Lemon, Juiced
- ¼ teaspoons Chili Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Fresh Black Pepper
- 12 ounces, fluid Corona, Or Any Light Beer
- Optional For Garnish: Olives, Celery, Pickles, Etc.
Preparation
Add all the ingredients (except the beer) into a small pitcher, or you can double these amounts to serve 4 in a larger pitcher. Stir well and fill your glasses halfway full with the tomato juice mixture. Top the glasses off with half of a beer each. Garnish as desired with olives, celery, pickles, etc.
