Description
A sweet cocktail with the flavor of pecan pie!
Ingredients
- FOR RIMMING THE GLASS:
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Pecans, For Garnish
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup For Garnish
- FOR THE DRINK:
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Pecan Pie Flavored Vodka
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Half-and-half Or Cream
- ½ ounces, fluid Almond Liqueur
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea Salt (4-5 Flakes)
Preparation
To prepare the glass, place 4 or 5 pecans in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin or a can of something and pour them into a shallow dish. In a separate dish, pour in the maple syrup and run the rim of a cocktail glass through it. Dip the rim in the pecan pieces and refrigerate while you assemble the cocktail.
For the cocktail, pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and pour into the prepared glass.
