Traditional banana bread is given a twist with the addition of orange juice and exotic spices.
1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in bananas, orange extract or oil, and orange juice.
2. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to banana mixture, beating just until moistened.
3. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 loaf pans.
4. Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans to a wire rack to cool completely.
