Ramekins filled with mixed berry cobbler.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Place all of the fruit in a large bowl and sprinkle the teaspoon of sugar on top. Mix evenly to coat.
3. Layer 1/4 of the berry mixture into the bottom of each ramekin (I use ramekins that are 1/2 cup each).
4. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl until just combined.
5. Divide the batter between the four ramekins and sprinkle some sugar on top.
6. Bake for 26-28 minutes, until the tops have started to brown.
