Gooey brownies with no added flour!
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (everything except the chocolate).
3. Once mixed, add the chocolate chunks (I also threw in a few mini chocolate chips—you know, for good measure) and stir until fully incorporated.
4. Pour batter into a greased 8×8 baking dish (I used glass).
5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
