Description

The nutrition of hummus combined with the flavor of ranch. Dip away!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon Tahini
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Celery Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Celery Seed
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 whole Large Shallot, Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Fresh Chives, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Dill, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

In a large food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, salt, pepper, celery salt, celery seed, and garlic powder. Mix until chopped and combined. Add shallot, vinegar, and sour cream, and continue to mix until a smooth puree is formed. Add in chopped herbs and mix until just combined.

Place in a covered container in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
