What to do with all of those leftover bananas the kids swore they would eat? Those, plus a spread made of crushed up cookies combined in a loaf of bread? Yeah, heavenly.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl combine Biscoff cookie spread, sugars and mashed banana. Mix thoroughly until nice and smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, and combine.
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients (everything else on the above list). Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until incorporated.
Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and top is a nice deep golden brown.
