A D-I-Y pumpkin spice latte, comparable to Starbucks!
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk the milk, pumpkin puree and sugar. Cook until almost boiling.
2. Turn off the heat and whisk in the vanilla and pumpkin spice.
3. Using a hand mixer with a foamer attachment or a blender, process for 20-30 seconds until foamy.
4. Pour into mugs, along with the coffee, and add whipped cream, if using. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
