Strawberry Thyme Gin Fizz

Description
Sweet and refreshing cocktail with a bit of earthy thyme for a great flavor contrast.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Strawberry Simple Syrup (I Used Not So Simple Syrups)
- 2 sprigs Thyme, Leaves Only, Plus 1 Sprig For Each Glass For Garnish
- 2 ounces, fluid Gin
- ½ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- 2 ounces, fluid Lemon-lime Soda
Preparation
Add the syrup and thyme leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the leaves have broken down a bit. Add the gin and lemon juice and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with the lemon-lime soda and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
