Lava Flow Smoothie

Description
A sweet coconut frozen tropical drink made with bananas, pineapple and coconut, with a lava flow of strawberries.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Strawberries, Fresh, Stems Removed
- ¾ teaspoons Stevia, Divided
- ½ cups Water
- 1 whole Banana, Frozen
- ½ cups Pineapple, Frozen
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (from A Carton)
- ¼ teaspoons Coconut Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Rum Extract
Preparation
In a blender add strawberries, 1/4 teaspooon stevia and water. Blend until liquified. Pour into the bottom of a glass.
Rinse the blender and add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour banana mixture into glass with strawberries. Watch the red from the strawberries flow up the side of the glass.
