A vegan, gluten-free frozen chocolate treat made with fresh bananas and coconut milk.
In a blender add all of your ingredients and process until smooth. Taste test to see if you want to add more sweetener. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
If you don’t have popsicle molds you can use 8-ounce paper or plastic cups. If using plastic or paper cups, fill them with the mixture then place a piece of aluminium foil over the cup. Cut a slit in the center of the foil and place popsicle stick in the slit. Place in freezer for 6 hours. When ready to serve, take foil off.
