In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, parsely/chives and other herbs and the 1/8 teaspoon salt. Mix milk and oil in a separate bowl and then pour into flour mixture. Stir with a fork until combined. Drop mixture from a tablespoon or teaspoon on top of bubbling stew. Cover; simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the dumplings comes out clean. Do not lift cover. Serves 4 to 6.
