A fantastic alternative to chocolate milk, a more natural alternative, and it’s even better added to your morning cup of tea/coffee. Maple syrup is loaded in nutrients and minerals. Just make sure to read the label to ensure you are getting 100% pure maple syrup.
For each 8 ounce glass of milk, add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and stir well. Additional maple syrup can be added one teaspoon at a time until desired sweetness is achieved.
