A super moist, spongy and delicious bananana bread made with Greek yogurt and kefir instead of oil.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Stir the bananas, Greek yogurt and kefir into the egg/sugar mixture. Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring after each addition.
Pour the batter into greased loaf pans (makes two 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ loaf pans) and bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
