A creamy banana pie that is not your average banana cream pie.
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Put in the freezer until ready to use.
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks for a few minutes. Beat in banana, sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon bourbon. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish. Bake for 45 minutes (or until it no jiggles when you shake it). Allow to cool completely.
Once pie has cooled, make topping. Mix together sour cream, granulated sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons bourbon. Spread over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for a few hours and serve!
