A chocolate and mint frozen pie.
Crush cookies and add melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping, and press the rest into a 9×9 pan.
Blend creme de menthe into the marshmallow creme. Whip 1 pint whipping cream and fold in the marshmallow mixture. Pour into the pan and top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze until set.
