Sweet and savory, this is a crowd pleaser.
Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a large bowl combine oats, almonds, hazelnuts, salt, coconut, cranberries, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
Add butter, honey and brown sugar into a saucepan over medium low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved and well combined. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour sugar mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined, and all dry ingredients are now wet.
Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a cookie sheet (if you leave the ends of the paper hanging over the ends of the tray, you can use the paper as a handle to remove bars when done), and pour contents of bowl onto it. Spread evenly. Press firmly on granola to compact it (I used another another sheet of parchment paper on top, and pressed with my hands).
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from tray. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
