A simple, easy and declicious recipe to do when you have leftover bread. A must have when you live in France and eat a baguette a day!
Preheat oven to 355ºF (180ºC).
Cut the bread in small pieces and put it in a big bowl. Pour the warm milk on the bread. Mix until all the milk has been absorbed. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Using a pastry brush, brush some melted butter inside a muffin tin. Pour the batter in the tins and cook for 25-30 minutes. Best be eaten warm !
