Seckel Pears wrapped in caramel, dipped in white chocolate, with a dark chocolate drizzle.
Preheat oven to 200 F. Wash and dry pears. Remove the sheets of paper between each caramel wrap. Cut a tiny hole for the pear stem to poke through the middle of the caramel wrap. Press the caramel sheet around sides of the pear, stretch to cover the pear. Cut off excess caramel and place pear on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Heat the pears in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and cool the pears in the refrigerator 20-30 minutess.
Put the white chocolate into a bowl and melt it in the microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted. Stir between each interval.
Dip the chilled pears in the white chocolate then return them to the lined baking sheet. Return pears to the refrigerator for 5 minutes to chill.
Put dark chocolate into a bowl and melt it in the microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Drizzle dark chocolate around the pears with a fork or a Wilton squeeze bottle.
