Homemade applesauce in the crockpot.
Core, peel and chop your apples. Pieces should be about the size of a small egg. Place the apples, water, sugar and cinnamon in the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally. The apples will be soft enough to break with a spoon, and the mixture will reduce by almost half. Let cool in crockpot insert on counter overnight. Then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving.
