A yummy berry muffin that tastes delicious with blueberries or raspberries (or other berries, too, I’m sure!). The ones pictured are blueberry.
Combine first three ingredients. In a separate bowl, blend milk, butter and egg. Stir milk mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon about 1 tablespoon batter into each of 12 muffin cups. Divide the berries among cups; top with remaining batter. For topping, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour and melted butter; sprinkle over muffins.
Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes.
