Very moist and spicy muffins.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Whisk pumpkin, eggs, water, and oil in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Combine everything together.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Baking time depends on whether you’re making mini muffins, muffins, muffin tops or bread.
