Banana nut muffins with yogurt.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place baking liners in a muffin pan and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the banana, yogurt and butter. In a separate bowl, mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Stir in walnuts.
Divide the batter equally among the cups. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
