Description

A yummy way of having Brussels sprouts, perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, Stems Removed And Quartered
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
  • ½ cups Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425F. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle oil and sprinkle lemon peel and nuts over sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat. Bake for 2o minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Enjoy!

Seriously, my family would have eaten triple this recipe! So yummy. I drizzled more olive oil and the juice from half the lemon on top–hot from the oven. Dee-lish, Thanks!

I made these last night…. yummy flavor combo… I sauteed instead and added a little bit of minced fresh rosemary as well.
