Summer’s best red and blue berries combine with crisp white wine for a fun and festive Fourth of July sangria!
1. Pour all ingredients except apples into a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
2. To make apple stars, thinly slice cheeks of 1 apple. Using a small star-shaped cookie or pie crust cutter, cut out as many stars as possible. Add to pitcher and cover top with plastic wrap. Allow flavors to combine in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
3. Just before serving, thinly slice cheeks of remaining apple. Using a larger star-shaped cookie cutter, make one star for each glass. Make a slice almost to the middle in between two points. Ladle sangria into glass, then garnish and serve.
