This is a refreshing, healthy little treat that is easy to prepare and lets you combine your favorite fruits. If you are taking them to a picnic, I’d allow about 2 kebabs per person. I used banana, apple, grapes and pineapple.
Toss apples and bananas in lemon juice if you are worried about discoloration and let sit about 5 minutes.
Assemble the fruit on the skewers alternating light and dark colored fruit. Chill until serving.
