This banana bread has the perfect balance of chocolate and bananas, working in perfect, moist harmony.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder and baking powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the bananas, melted chocolate, the egg, the milk and the oil. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir just to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased, standard-size loaf pan. Bake until a cake tester comes out cleanl, about one hour.
